“Premier Auto Service has become my go-to ever since the first time I went almost a year ago. Joe is very friendly, intelligent, fair, reasonable, hard-working, honest, and quick. He never overcharges me. He is more concerned about taking care of my car than he is about how much he can charge me for the service. Nick is also very personable and helpful. I had taken my car in for other tune-ups, and he scanned my check engine light without charging me for a basic diagnostic. Although I was charged for an official diagnostic the next time I brought my car in for the check engine light, they only charged me for work they were able to do on the car. They spent 3 days trying to pinpoint a leak in the engine line, and after being unable to find the leak, they didn't charge me for the labor. Just the diagnostic. Nick took good care of me over the phone, he called me back a few times to update me on the progress of the work. He said since they couldn't find the leak, they didn't feel right charging me for the labor.’

“Absolutely the best consumer experience I have had in a long time. I needed to find a place that would take care of my 427R. I pulled up and was greeted by the owner of the shop who was working with another mechanic on the car. Inside the office I found the owner sister, who took my information and had me out of there in five minutes. my car was complete within two hours, when I came to pick up the car, it was parked in front of the shop nice and clean, waiting for me to pick it up right by the entrance. Very classy idea. The owner walked me out, and told me a lot of the cool things he saw about my car. Which would indicate that he spent the time to work and inspect the car.”

“I had some problems with my '55 Nomad that had numerous issues after sitting in storage for 22 yrs, so I called Premier Auto from a recommendation of my regular mechanic who could not do the work on a classic car. I spoke with Andrew and set up an appointment for the following week. They replaced my sending unit, replaced my rear shock absorbers and brackets, fixed my broken starter from stripped threads in the block and replaced my fly wheel. Joe also rerouted the valves for the air shocks to make them easily accessible. To be honest, when I left my car with them, I was a bit nervous because the Nomad doesn't have many flaws cosmetically. But when I got her back, she was just as good as new! Not only did Premier take care of my car, they pointed out things on my car they felt I should know and made suggestions as if it were
their own. I will trust nobody else with my classic car and I thank Andrew, Joe and the rest of the crew for their care and attention they gave to my Nomad.”

“My Hyundai Sonata needed it's 120K maintenance tune-up. I went on the Hyundai website and they wanted to charge close to $700 for the tune-up. That wasn't happening. I went on Yelp to find an honest, reputable, and fair priced auto mechanic near my area and saw Premier Auto Service. I gave them a call to find out pricing and they wanted to charge $90 for the 120K maintenance tune-up (real price was actually less ~$70something). That is a huge difference in price, so I asked what was included. Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, etc. I explained that I haven't taken my car in for a tune-up in a while, which was a lie. I haven't taken it ever! That's a different matter, however. Back to the story, I asked if they will check brakes, tires, if I need a fluid flush, etc. They said yes. I took my car in and worked with Rick, he was very friendly which was cool. They called in a few hours that my car was done and that there was no issues that needed to be repaired. I was a bit surprised since I haven't ever tuned up my car, but he reviewed the usual items that would normally get maintained and the updates sounded on the level. Auto mechanic shops are a tricky thing. You have some dishonest shops that just try to get work in even though you don't need it. You have other shops that are honest, but charge an arm-and-a-leg for that honesty. It seems I found a place that is honest, reputable, friendly, and fair priced in Premier Auto Service.
